Mr. Y. Atar served many years in the financial markets in the areas of Fund Management and

Asset Management threw the company Candy Group International that had founded 

The areas of Project funding and managing of clients Assets were in different

jurisdictions and dealing with Private HNW individuals.

 

 

Frans Atar

Director 

Mr. F. Atar is serving as the Director of Global Trust Investment Bank presently.

He is coming with the background as an active partner of Candy Group International which

is dealing in the Fund and Asset Management sector.

 

 

Rod Hilditch

Compliance 

Financial Services Authority 1985- 1994  SI Qualified Compliance Officer

Following qualification, Rod Hilditch acted as a Compliance Officer across the Global Banking and Securities Markets in The City of London and overseas.

Such regulatory work involved highly complex and detailed analytical and investigatory programmes, which took advantage of Rod’s particular photographic and retentive memory. Working directly in international banks, stock broking firms and finance houses led to managing teams of investigators, often up to 15 strong.

1985-1988 After completing the first Securities Institute examinations at City University (London), was appointed by Security Pacific (Sec Pac) Hoare Govett as their FICS Compliance Officer (FICS) was their Popular Share Dealing Services Company. I began working with Alan Clements, Director and designer of the Talisman System that preceded CREST: Moving to HGFS in 1987 (Hoare Govett Financial Services): to bring about the transition from the Red & Blue Books to the new regulatory environment of the TSA, IMRO, LAUTRO and FIMBRA.

1988-1990 Head hunter by Prudential Insurance Company’s new Equity Underwriting division Prudential Holborn.

1990-1992 joined Alan Clements at Diameter a new Popular Sharing Dealing House.

1992-1995 joined a consultancy house supporting the Securities and Futures Authority, supporting as a trouble-shooter for many companies including, Chemical Bank, Minet, Capel Cure Myers, Nedbank, Johannesburg Stock Exchange, AMP, London City Police, Bank of England, FSA.

Over a 10-year Period assisted the regulators including the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Court of Protection (Invests in Safe Custody).

1995 began a consultancy company, Jointly Managed Resources, to lead transitional investment opportunities beginning with Hermes Pension Fund for specific projects.

1996 created FOCAL for a specific project.

1997 to today is a multi-disciplined company approved to work with the EU (European Commission), ESA (European Space Agency) in areas covering Finance, Transport, Telecommunications and Technology.

Pre 1985

At 16 years began a UK Government approved Indentured Apprenticeship Scheme: Originally a 4-year scheme with Enfield Rolling Mills Ltd (later a Standard Telephone and Cables subsidiary) changed after 11 months moving to Hawker Siddeley Aviation Limited. Began a second 4-year scheme as a craft fitter, changed after a further 18 months to begin a third apprentice scheme as a technician 5-year scheme; after 12 months started an engineering apprenticeship, meaning my apprenticeship lasted 7 years 8 months. The apprenticeship included gaining build and maintenance aircraft licences for the Trident, Airbus, Viscount, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas civilian series: the Harrier, the Grumman series and others.

Joined British European Airways for 5 months, made redundant, FG Minter for 7-months joining a team to design and build the Pinewood Sound Studio.

Joined Aerospace Consultancy working for CAA and FAA approved companies for 8-years.

1980 retrained at Reading University joined with a number of former Military Personnel to provide Computer Mainframe system and business support.
